A: What's yours is mine
[If she's going to be stuck here, Catra figures she might as well look around. Whatever measures might have been taken to keep her out, she's managed to work her way into your space while you were gone, and she's made herself quite at home, lounging peacefully and looking quite annoyed when you return, bearing her teeth and hissing.]
Hey! Get outta here!
B: Stars
[Now that night has finally fallen, Catra seems entranced by the night sky, staring up at the stars in wonder. She doesn't realize she's not alone, jumping in alarm when she finally notices you, yelping and tail poofing up to twice it's usual size.]
Hey, watch it! Don't sneak up like that! [She bristles a little longer before her shoulders relax a little, looking back to the sky.] ...Are those really...stars?
C: Network
[Catra scowls at the screen, eyes sharp and ears pressed low.]
I don't care about you or your stupid planet, so you send me back right now, you hear me?!
[OOC: If you want to continue the TDM threads here just reply with a link to your last comment, or if you want to start over reply as normal :) ]

"Is that smell you?" he eventually accused as he got his bearings, making sure he hadn't somehow walked into the wrong imposing building at the edge of the city that no one else had any interest in. He certainly hadn't left the place in this state.
no subject
Sounds nice.
no subject
God, you're pathetic. Whatever. You can keep this place if it's so important to you.
no subject
"No!, Wh-" She squared her jaw, narrowing her eyes in annoyance as she tried to regain her composure, smoothing her poofed hair back into place.
"It's all your...junk." She gestured vaguely.
no subject
Yeah. How do you feel about this place?
[ Cloud wants to focus on something other than himself and his past. ]
no subject
It's fine. Better than home I guess.
no subject
It doesn't seem all that bad. Do you mind if I come across going by you? [ He knows he'll be invading some personal space. He's aware of how she seems right now too. It reminded him of the orphans when they were upset over something but didn't want to tell him. It was fine though. ]

[She arches a brow, surprised to be asked, and shrugs it off like she doesn't care.]
Whatever. Doesn't bother me.
no subject
"Look- I dunno who you are, but you left. No one was here. This place is mine now, so take your junk and get outta here before I make you," she growled.
B: Stars
But hey, someone else is awake, and talking's as good a way to kill time as any! Especially since the reaction he got to just wandering over was amusing enough to get a snicker out of him.]
Sounds like you oughta be more alert, kiddo. A couple lights in the sky shouldn't be that much of a distraction.
no subject
Right. The way you sit tells something different.
[ He looks over his shoulder at her quietly. ]
no subject
I never wanted to hurt you.
no subject
no subject
...I dunno what you're talking about.
no subject
[Throwing the barbs comes easily, and she smirks cruelly.]
You're not worth bothering with.
no subject
"...Catra," she mumbled finally.
no subject
Not that it's any of your business, but...we don't have them back home.
no subject
...I would think somethings bothering you or you're upset.
no subject
Her admission does surprise him, though. There weren't a ton of opportunities for stargazing in the cities, but still...] None at all? You grow up underground or something?
no subject

[Catra huffs, rolling her eyes defensively, before replying with a sarcastic tone.]
What could possibly be bothering me? You know- apart from the whole being kidnapped by aliens?
no subject

Still, her gaze flicks back to him at his question and she shakes her head.] No. Nothing like that. We just...don't have them. They disappeared a thousand years ago. There's nothing out there but the moons.
no subject
Up to you to tell me. We were brought here to help them. By helping them we go home. [ Cloud doesn't quite still believe that but it's exactly what they said. Everyone else here seemed to think that too. ] Don't you want to go back home?

I don't know, okay?? It's not like any of us have much say right now anyways.

"We have a forge back in the Fright Zone. I've never seen it, but it's where they make the armor and everything."

She looked around the hole in the wall he'd crafted for himself with a dismissive hum. It wasn't all that impressive, but...maybe it wasn't so bad. The fire made it a lot nicer.
no subject
Well, too bad we're not on my planet. I could point out a couple constellations for ya back there. [A blatant lie, but who's gonna call him out on it?]
no subject
[ Cloud gives a small shrug. ] But I'm here. I can only focus on the now. Even if it means sitting quietly and stargaze.
no subject
You heroic types are so annoying, you know? Why should it be up to you to fix things? If it's so important they should fix it themselves and leave us out of it.
no subject
What's a constellation?
