Cayde didn't like turning his back knowing that things were still coming after them. Tony's tugging him along didn't go ignored, the Hunter still moving, albeit slowly at first, if only until he was certain he'd at least slowed the bugs down some. He needed no further urging thereafter, hurrying after Tony, saving his shots but keeping his gun in hand until they'd made it back to the ledge. It was only when the man shouted his intentions with the toss of a rope and the extension of a hand that the Exo jammed his weapon back into its holster and made the leap alongside of him.
That solved one problem at least, but hanging awkwardly on a swinging rope hardly seemed ideal. So did seeing one of the injured creatures come on out of the cavern and decide that maybe it would take its final breath in fresh air and sunlight.
"Uh-oh," Cayde observed, casting a look towards the hole itself, hoping nothing further decided to come out. He glanced at Tony, and then the walls as they swung along, mentally running through their fastest options back up.
