The Dangers of Abandoned Architecture

WHO: Reeve Tuesti, Open
WHERE: Space Station, Glitter Food
WHAT: Investigation, Talking to Ghosts
WHEN: Throughout May
WARNINGS: Possible Combat Scenarios

I. Should Have Gone With Cid | Space Station Arrival
He's suited up already, waiting for Veda to assure them that the seal is good and they can board the ship. So Reeve takes that time to sit on a bench in the back of the shuttle for an important task: suiting up Mini-C.

That Veda had made a suit for the cat actually made Reeve feel good. So he is busy helping the feline into his version of the suit. Did the cat need it for most things? No. Mini-C didn't breathe, he didn't have risks from vacuum either. No, the reason was the helmet and the communication systems in it and run through the suit. Otherwise only Reeve would hear him.

"Oh, don't you look so cute," Reeve chuckles as he gets the suit sealed up over Mini's legs. "I think we're going to have to leave the cape behind, though."

Which provokes a sour look on Mini's face. The hunter green cape was part of his look!
II. How Do You Fight In Zero G? | A Space Station Ambush
It hadn't been Reeve that had seen things starting of course. He had been working on a computer terminal, carefully channeling just a bit of electricity magic into it in hopes of getting it up and running. No, it was Mini who caught sight of it at first. The bit of motion. Not because it was particularly big, but because Mini had a great memory for where things were placed. Perks of the powerful form Tony had helped contribute to.

So of course the cat had started to study before. And it was his voice that came across the radio to warn the little group.

"Something's moving out there," Mini-C informs them, not even bothering to work with an accent this time. He wanted to be understood. "Things are moving we didn't start moving, and that aren't in place for what we started moving to affect. I think something's out there."
III. Home For Some Sleep | Glitter Food
Rest and Recuperation| Deep End and Personal Workspace
Days in the space station made evenings back on the ship even more important. The investigation hours seemed long, time was weird when you had no daylight to work with, and the constant risk of being jumped by enemies had been hard. These few hours of coming back for safe rest before working on new tools were vital.

Which is probably why Reeve could be found in one of two places. In the early evening and early morning he could be found in the workshop he had set up, frowning as he worked. Making tools that worked with the decreased dexterity of the suits and would work in zero-g and a vacuum was no easy thing to do.

"I wish Cid was here," Reeve lamented not for the first time. "The man was a genius for this."

"Aye," Mini agreed, tail lashing while he enjoyed being out of his suit. "But he ain't and ya gotta help the others if ya ever want to see him again."

As for the later hours of the night, well, when Reeve wasn't in bed he was in the ship's version of the Deep End, half dozing at a table, half nursing a glass of something probably less intoxicating than it seemed. He was tired, and not willing to go to sleep just yet. Maybe he was thinking. Maybe it was something else. Only poking him might answer that question.
