Very draining. My systems are required to go into minor shut downs when they are used. It is protocol to minimize number of simultaneous incoming or outgoing He Rows, or transferring of materials.

I cannot find the subsystem, but I recommend you look into the routines on my systems, or one of my sisters that I am installing upon your ships.
