That's something future!Donnie might regret later whenever they continue their walk down to the Warrens. Right now he'll suffer anything just to make sure Leo's able to smile (and maybe even joke) again.

Hopefully he's not crushing his brother because he's sure he's little by little sagging just a bit more against him, but he's just as greedy for the contact as Leo might be.
