"No, a couple of them agreed with me," he says, moving closer because he can feel that shortness of breath and he wants to make sure Tony this reaction doesn't escalate. "And more than a few agreed with him. Or, at least, agreed that we should keep the team together."

Nothing like this has happened on Tony's world, but, Steve thinks it's a bit inevitable. It might not be called the Accords, it might not happen this decade - but it will. Eventually.
