As annoying as it was to have Sonic here, at least he's quiet and out of the way. That, at least, makes things much more tolerable. When it comes to maturity, Donatello was clearly a head and shoulders above the Hedgehog. Something that didn't escape the good doctor's notice.

"Then I suppose that sort of uncontrolled chaos was just what the Emerald needed to be brought to us."

He tugs on the end of his mustache idly while in idle consideration when another thought pops into his mind.

"Have either of you told anyone else about the emerald?"

He looks more pointedly at Sonic because Sonic tends to run his stupid mouth.
