While obviously Wesker could have easily dodged that attempt for his glasses, he doesn't. He allows Tony to take those glasses and reveal the crimson-rimmed gold and slit pupils behind them. But other than looking inhuman, Wesker'seyes give nothing away as they regard Tony for a moment before the man simply steps past Tony with a shrug and over to the chair to sit down himself, placing the bottle on the table next to it as if it means nothing.

What Tony doesn't know yet, is that the bottle is a trap. Wesker had gotten rid of its original contents soon after claiming it, given the bottle a proper cleaning and has since been using it to store his very personal mix of juices from different fruits growing in the greenhouse. He has always been very conscious about his intake of vitamins and nutrition and aside from obviously being the perfect bait to taunt Tony, the man certainly looks like he could use some of those vitamins himself.

"Can you imagine how helpful a tool like the one you brought with you could have been to get Dr. Takemi out of the hospital and to safety during the monster attack?" Wesker prompts, leaning back in his chair, one arm resting idly on the table next to him. "I came across her when she was about to head out by herself. We could have easily lost the only medical professional of our little group and while you may be used to getting healed by magic or fairies or whatever, there is value in having a trained doctor around."
