Those kind of questions are just going to incite more anger from Billy, who's not exactly in the right headspace to be answering them. Some of his worst fears are outside, so polite conversation is not here in the room with Billy and Steve.

He breathes hard, like he's just finished exercising, when Steve comes back and asks a different question. "I... I don't think I can." And that's the truth of it. "Being possessed, it was like I was asleep in the passenger seat of my car. I woke up and took the wheel once, then back to sleep."
