Those cheek hollow, head bobbing as Eddie watch to see how Steve likes it, learning as he works. He turns his head just enough to pull against the grip in his hair, only for a moment, a non vocal way of signaling his permission for Steve to pull.

He's making his own rather filthy noises, and you can practically see the smirk before he pushes to take him down full to the root and into his throat.
