Dustin gives a curt jerk of his chin back at him. Mentally he confirms that he's speaking to Marc rather than Steven - something he'd suspected, given the choice of recreation, but the voice and general mannerisms confirm it. This should probably make him a little more wary of being in a tent full of axes with him, but he's finding that the idea of being around Marc isn't quite as anxiety-inducing as it used to be. Not after he'd stopped to try and help him during the last storm; not after Dustin had taken a swing at him and he'd still tried to help.
The chances of him actually admitting any of this are next to zero, of course. Emoting and thanking people are two of Dustin's weakest skills. So instead, he follows Marc's lead and pretends like everything is normal.
"They seem to make an exception for tools," he notes blithely, following Marc's gaze towards the back wall that is currently studded with throwing axes. "Or maybe they've just given up, considering how easily we can improvise weapons with existing materials anyway."
