Where there's ready access to dangerous items that can maim people if they stop being used as the toys the Agrii have designated them as, Dustin can probably be found lurking around. He has no real interest in trying the axes out for himself (save maybe to swipe some and scrap the metal); rather, he's very interested in seeing who is.
The fact that he eventually spots Marc here is honestly not at all a surprise. Still, Dustin makes a point to hover just inside the opening flap anyway, coming to a stop next to the tent's lone brazier so he can monopolize the heat radiating off of it and melt the snow off of his calves. He watches Marc complete a couple of throws in judgmental silence.
