Shifting more to the side of the ladder facing the hole, Cayde held his hand out to grasp Tony's, and he looked between him and the hole itself as he judged the distance. It wasn't too far, but there were a few factors that came into play to make it tricky to pull off on your own if you didn't have a few tricks up your own sleeves.

"On three," he said, fingers tightening slightly in preparation, eyes locking on Tony. "One... Two...Three!" He turned his attention towards the vent as he finished the countdown, hoisting Tony up as he expected the other to also push off.
