"Thanks." Peter smiles, although he really hopes he doesn't ever need to take him up on that. He lays back in the sand again and stares up at the sky, just thinking. This is the second person that's told him Beck is not that great of a guy in another universe.

"I don't know..." he finally admits. "He's never really done anything to make me not want to trust him and if science fiction has taught me anything it's that in an alternate universe even the bad guy can be good." A pause. "Well, that and it's never a good idea to resurrect the dinosaurs."
