WHO: Eddie Kaspbrak & Richie Tozier
WHERE: Out and about.
WHAT: Just two bros being guys and doing friend stuff like making out and not acknowledging their feelings.
WHEN: New Year, Old Shit
WARNINGS: None atm.
It wasn't an unfamiliar scene by now. Since Eddie's arrival in this wild, wild world he has been stuck at Richie's side whenever possible. Mostly it was out of familiarity and the comfort that allowed his nerves to relax as he tried to settle into this place while pointedly not thinking about what awaited him back home whenever they eventually returned home.
Well, he had an idea— it wasn't hard to have an idea when sometimes, in their most quiet moments, Richie will just press his hand against his chest with a watery look.
That's why its easy to fall into moments like this where they just shoot the shit like the did as kids. It's only different now in that there's a lot more kissing involved not that Eddie will ever complain. He's been spending a lot of time taking random shit he's found apart and putting them back together, learning the ins and outs much like he had as a kid.
It's how he finds himself here, sat on Richie's floor with tools and parts spaced out around him and looking over everything with a narrowed look.
"This shit is ridiculous," he mutters and leans over knocking his shoulder with Richie's own. "I think I need a break from this before I throw it out. Wanna head out and find something to do or just hang out?"
You know— a date but not really.
