Since Tony doesn't seem to be any of the cleaning himself, Jon has started doing so, but not without a sigh and a slow shake of his head in response to Tony trying to defend Cayde in this. If it really has been Tony's idea in the first place, it should have been Cayde to remind Tony of how bad of an idea this would be.

They both know that Tony isn't as invincible as he claims. He gives the hand a small pat before releasing it, wordlessly asking if there are other wounds that should at least get looked at.
